Uhuru Health Fair & Flea Market

2016 Uhuru Health Festival THANK YOU!

A huge Uhuru THANK YOU to everyone who made the
2016 Uhuru Health Festival & Flea Market
a powerful community victory!

The African People's Education and Defense Fund's 5th Annual Uhuru Health Festival & Flea Market was a powerful community effort that showed what African freedom and self-determination look like! We got rained out on Saturday, but came back strong for an even better day on Sunday! The weather was perfect for the hundreds of people who came out and danced, participated in exercise programs, received free health screenings, learned about natural health resources, and shopped from the flea market vendors. This was a victory for the whole African community in our fight for health and economic development. We want to thank all of you that made this incredible event such a great success!
